The registered nurse in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit is responsible and accountable for patient assessment, analysis, nursing diagnosis, planning, intervention application, and the identification and evaluation of outcomes for patients of all ages and populations. 
Registered Nurse - SICU Summary:

Registered Nurse - SICU Qualifications:
  • 1 year of recent ICU professional nursing (RN) experience
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
  • Possession of a valid license as a Registered Nurse
