Physical Therapist – PT – Inpatient/Hospital Responsibilities:
  • Designs, implements, and amends therapeutic interventions per discipline guidelines
  • Coordinates, communicates, and documents per program, regulatory and professional standards
  • Deliver quality care that is appropriate, efficient, and effective patient care meeting the customer's requirements
  • Collects data (patient/client past and current health status), system review, selection of tests and measures to elicit additional information
  • Makes clinical judgments based on data gathered in examination
  • Produces a therapy diagnosis
  • Includes patient and family in establishing goals of treatment
  • Predicts optimal level of improvement and the amount of time needed to reach that level
Physical Therapist – PT – Inpatient/Hospital Qualifications:
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program; doctorate preferred
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational/time management skills
  • Licensed by the state
