We are seeking an enthusiastic Hand Therapist that is driven to work with a diverse client population including interacting with athletes, workers with worksite injuries, elective surgical interventions, and a variety of other diagnoses. You will be responsible for providing direct patient care, professional growth and development, and participating in process improvements to advance patient care outcomes and satisfaction.
 
Hand Therapist - Occupational Therapist - Summary:
  • Communicate timely, clearly and in a professional manner with staff, patients, patient family members, physicians and other internal/external customers
  • Demonstrate skills in listening, conflict management, system problem solving, decision-making and process improvement
  • Practice in compliance with professional standards and professional code of ethics
  • Participates in basic department development expectations for three professional pursuits
Hand Therapist - Occupational Therapist - Qualifications:
  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Three years’ experience as an occupational therapist.
  • Emphasis in a specific area of Hand Therapy as clinical expertise. Certification as a Hand Therapist is preferred
  • Licensed in the state as an occupational therapist
