Caitlin Forrest, RN
Owner, Literally Hip

Caitlin is a Seattle city girl living in Southern California and soaking up that beach living! She’s been a registered nurse for over 10 years and turned medical mentor. She’s also spent many years as a patient in the healthcare system herself. Because of her experiences, she’s found a passion for helping others overcome their challenges. She’s all about empowering each other, having self-love and sharing her story. She believes that true health is to heal and align the physical, the mental and the emotional side of ourselves. And from that she built her business - Literally Hip - a medical mentorship program with wellness coaching. Caitlin’s other passions include traveling and exploring the world, watching sunsets at the beach and hosting game nights! She wishes everyday could be filled with cinnamon rolls, coffee or red wine, pilates and snuggles with Lucy, her black lab.
