Cassidy brings over four years of healthcare recruiting experience to her role with On Time Talent Solutions. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Public Health from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities. Ever the life-long learner, Cassidy now attends St. Catherine University in their BSN program. With additional career experience in healthcare administration, she also understands the unique staffing challenges facing hiring managers in need of top clinical and administrative talent. Cassidy joined On Time Talent Solutions because she loves to help top healthcare talent pursue their dream careers, while also alleviating the immense stress of recruiting and hiring for healthcare organizations, allowing them to focus on what they do best – care for patients. Her biggest goal in this role is to help healthcare staff grow professionally and move into roles that motivate and inspire them. She wants to ensure that any candidate who works with On Time Talent Solutions is benefitted by their experience, whether through receiving helpful interview/resume tips, being featured on the Virtual Talent Marketplace, or finding their “dream job” through the organization. When not at work, Cassidy likes to take her dog Fitzgerald Thomas Grant on long adventure walks, travel, decorate her house, and go to her family cabin in the summertime.
Ashley brings strong recruiting experience to the team with an emphasis in sourcing candidates in the healthcare industry. Her strong communication skills, attention to detail, and positive approach make her a favorite to work with for both candidates and employers. Ashley earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources with a Minor in Communications from the University of Minnesota – Duluth. She joined On Time Talent Solutions because of the positive atmosphere and commitment that the company makes to employer partners and candidates alike. She loves helping candidates find dream jobs that allow them to truly excel in their positions. Ashley’s biggest goal in her role is to contribute to the organization’s overall vision of continuing to be the “go-to” company for healthcare staffing needs. When not at work, she enjoys focusing on maintaining a healthy lifestyle. She recently completed her first Tough Mudder Race and plans on making this an annual goal. She also enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and puppy!
Sammi brings over 6 years of both recruiting and marketing experience in a variety of different roles. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in English from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. Sammi joined On Time Talent Solutions because of the strong team atmosphere and the drive to reach the top in healthcare recruiting. Her biggest goal in her role is to make strong, long-lasting relationships with both candidates and employers, while focusing on providing an overall positive experience. Her warm and welcoming personality along with her drive to succeed makes her a preferred choice for both candidates and employers. When not at work, Sammi enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going up north, watching hockey games, and playing with her cat and dog.
Jenny brings over 8 years of healthcare and leadership experience to her role at On Time Talent Solutions. Her friendliness, thoroughness and creative approach allow her to succeed while working with both candidates and employers. Jenny attained her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies from the University of Wisconsin – River Falls. She joined On Time Talent Solutions because of the teamwork mentality and the progressive attitude toward healthcare recruiting. With Jenny’s previous experience in healthcare leadership, she understands how stressful and tedious the recruitment process is, which makes her a favorite for employers. Jenny’s biggest goal in her role is to become a top resource for healthcare organizations by having a wide variety of different candidates readily available to assist them. She would also like to become a resource for candidates searching for their next healthcare opportunity. When not at work, Jenny enjoys going to the gym, traveling and cooking. She also enjoys spending time with her family and spoiling her nieces and nephews.
Megan brings an outside the box and creative approach to her role here at On Time Talent Solutions. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from St. Could State University. Megan joined On Time Talent Solutions because of the opportunities to work directly with candidates and employers in the healthcare industry. She prides herself in her ability to assess client needs and implement strategies to meet their individual employment goals. Megan’s biggest goal in her role is to make a positive impact on each candidate and employer that she works with to ensure the best outcome is reached. When not at work, Megan enjoys running, reading and spending time with her family and friends.
Nick brings his passion for helping others achieve their career goals to his role with On Time Talent Solutions. He attended North Hennepin Community College where he built his wealth of knowledge on recruiting and personal development, which makes him a favorite to work with among our candidates. Nick hopes to motivate candidates to reach their highest career potentials while building strong ongoing relationships with employers to fulfill their hiring needs. His biggest goal in his career is to become an expert in the process of recruiting from start to finish to ensure everyone’s needs are met. When not at work, Nick enjoys reading, playing guitar and spending time with family and friends.
Blake has over six years of healthcare industry experience, with over three years in recruitment roles. With his rich experiences in both direct care and the business side of healthcare, he brings an understanding perspective to his conversations with clinical and administrative candidates alike. Blake earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with a Marketing Emphasis from Minnesota School of Business. He joined On Time Talent Solutions because of his passion for healthcare coupled with his enthusiasm for networking. He is excited about helping match healthcare candidates with the right positions while partnering with top employers to fulfill their talent acquisition needs. Blake’s biggest goal in this role is to achieve results while building strong partnerships with all of the employers and candidates he serves. When not at work, he enjoys hanging out with family and friends, boating, practicing Mixed Martial Arts, and continuously learning about the recruitment and talent acquisition industry.
