For over a decade, Roman has been responsible for launching and growing successful businesses within the healthcare industry, including a top-rated private pay home care agency, assisted living communities, and an organization that coordinates medical care in senior communities. He is excited to bring this valuable experience to his work at On Time Talent Solutions. Roman attended the Blake School in Minneapolis and went on to study Marketing and Operations Management at the University of Minnesota. After seeing the ongoing challenges of hiring quality candidates in the healthcare industry firsthand, Roman was inspired to launch On Time Talent Solutions as a new type of healthcare staffing agency – one that truly listens to the needs of employer partners and candidates alike and strives to best match the right talent with the right opportunities. His biggest goal is to continue to drive healthy growth within the organization while continuing to expand operations nationwide. When not in the office, Roman enjoys a good game of tennis or biking outdoors, and spending time with his dogs and family!
Karissa Borchert, MSW, LGSW
For over six years, Karissa has worked in various settings including home care, hospital, clinic, assisted living, and transitional care environments within the healthcare industry. These experiences have helped her understand the unique and important role recruiting plays in the healthcare industry and serve as a constant reminder that the only way to provide great service and care is with great staff. Karissa earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota - Mankato and her Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities. She joined On Time Talent Solutions to provide guidance and direction on the overall agency strategy to ensure that employers are matched with the best candidates possible. Her biggest goal in her role is to continually develop and implement solid processes and tools that help create a world class healthcare recruiting experience for both candidates and employers alike. When not at work, Karissa enjoys being active. Whether it’s chasing her young son, working out, enjoying live entertainment at concerts and comedy shows, or traveling to places exciting and new, Karissa brings a passion for life that is also reflected in her work.
Tom brings decades of marketing experience and twelve years providing marketing support for healthcare organizations to his role at On Time Talent Solutions. His healthcare industry experience includes providing support to leading senior communities and home health agencies. Tom earned his undergraduate degree from St. Olaf College and his MBA from the University of Phoenix. He joined On Time Talent Solutions and loves his work at the firm because he sees healthcare recruiting as a challenging, yet exciting business to be part of. He enjoys providing marketing support to assist the firm in achieving solid results. His biggest goal in this role is to continually create brand awareness and be a known, trusted business partner for leading healthcare organizations. When not at work, he enjoys playing his viola and taking long walks with his ten-year old rescue pup, Millie.
Tom brings over seven years of experience in a variety of different roles, including healthcare recruiting, to his role here at On Time Talent Solutions. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota. Tom joined On Time Talent Solutions because of the opportunity to work one-on-one with employers to help them hire better and faster. His biggest goal in his role is to demonstrate to employers that our team has the tools and skills to help them hire top talent. When not at work, Tom enjoys spending time with family and friends, relaxing on the lake and biking throughout the Twin Cities.
Cassidy Hines, BSN, RN, PHN
Cassidy brings over five years of healthcare recruiting experience to her role with On Time Talent Solutions. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Public Health from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities and her RN from St. Catherine University. With additional career experience in healthcare administration, she also understands the unique staffing challenges facing hiring managers in need of top clinical and administrative talent. Cassidy joined On Time Talent Solutions because she loves to help top healthcare talent pursue their dream careers, while also alleviating the immense stress of recruiting and hiring for healthcare organizations, allowing them to focus on what they do best – care for patients. Her biggest goal in this role is to help healthcare staff grow professionally and move into roles that motivate and inspire them. She wants to ensure that any candidate who works with On Time Talent Solutions is benefitted by their experience, whether through receiving helpful interview/resume tips, being featured on the Virtual Talent Marketplace, or finding their “dream job” through the organization. When not at work, Cassidy likes to take her dog Fitzgerald Thomas Grant IV on long adventure walks, travel, and go to her family cabin in the summertime.
Jenna brings 5 years of healthcare experience and knowledge to her role with On Time Talent Solutions. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Healthcare Management with minors in both Human Resource Management and Communication from the University of Minnesota – Duluth. Jenna is excited about positive team atmosphere and being able to use her knowledge and skills to excel in her role. Her biggest goal is to build relationships with as many candidates as possible in order to drive their career goals to the next level. She is also looking forward to being an advocate for each of her candidates. When not at work, Jenna enjoys yoga, going to movies in the theatre, visiting her cabin, and spending time with family and friends.
Nick brings his passion for helping others achieve their career goals to his role with On Time Talent Solutions. He attended North Hennepin Community College where he built his wealth of knowledge on recruiting and personal development, which makes him a favorite to work with among our candidates. Nick hopes to motivate candidates to reach their highest career potentials while building strong ongoing relationships with employers to fulfill their hiring needs. His biggest goal in his career is to become an expert in the process of recruiting from start to finish to ensure everyone’s needs are met. When not at work, Nick enjoys reading, playing guitar and spending time with family and friends.
James brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in the technical areas of video production. His past experiences in human resources and marketing roles give him a unique vantage point as he leads the daily video production of candidate preview videos for On Time Talent Solution’s growing Virtual Talent Marketplace. James earned his Bachelor of Communication with a Public Relations emphasis from the University of North Dakota. He joined On Time Talent Solutions because he loves to help connect candidates with career opportunities that they will love. James wants to make sure that candidates enjoy their jobs as much as he enjoys his. His biggest goal in his role is to ensure the continued success of On Time Talent Solution’s Virtual Talent Marketplace and believes that candidates who take full advantage of this virtual tool to meet employers open themselves to greater opportunities than they ever could have imagined. When not at work, James likes spending time with his friends and family, and enjoys the lake and camping. He has his eye on going back to school for his Master’s Degree at some point as well, but for now he is enjoying the great opportunities that his role at On Time Talent Solutions is providing him.
Danny brings over five years of video production and graphic design experience to his role with On Time Talent Solutions. His previous experiences in a variety of graphic design and photography roles allow him to capture the images and videos of both candidates and employers alike in the most effective way possible. Danny earned his Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Graphic Design from the University of Minnesota – Duluth. He joined On Time Talent Solutions because of the fast-paced, team environment and the daily variety of work within his role. Danny’s biggest goal is to showcase candidates and career opportunities through strong video production for On Time Talent’s Virtual Talent Marketplace and Virtual Job Shadow to ensure success for both candidates and employers. When not at work, Danny enjoys snowboarding, skateboarding, golfing, playing video games, and photography.
Lindsey has over five years of human resources experience in a variety of settings including a substance abuse treatment center and a non-profit organization. Her strong HR background is a valuable asset, as she provides direction and oversight for many of the facets of On Time Talent Solution’s contract employee team. She earned her Bachelor’s in Psychology with a Minor in Family Social Sciences from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. She is excited about being part of the On Time Talent Solutions team and contributing to their goal of being a premier provider of healthcare professionals nationwide. Lindsey also loves the variety that her role brings on a daily basis. Her biggest goal in her role is to provide the best possible support for the team while assisting in any way necessary to accomplish the common goals of the organization. When not at work, Lindsey enjoys hanging out with her boyfriend, family, and Bob, her Corgi puppy. Reading, trying new restaurants, and coaching high-school dance are among her favorite hobbies.
For the past six years, Robert has been deeply rooted in the healthcare industry with UnitedHealth Group and Optum. He served in various positions within UnitedHealth in the Human Capital department, gaining expertise in human resources, payroll systems, and operations. He most recently served as an Operations Manager for Optum’s Subrogation team, focusing his time on process improvements through automation and artificial intelligence (AI) learning. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Management from the University of Minnesota - Duluth. Robert is excited to incorporate his big business background and help provide structure as On Time Talent Solutions continues to grow. His biggest goal is to develop lasting relationships with companies and business owners while driving cost savings to help them reach their business objectives. When not at work, Robert enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing hockey, and getting out to the golf course.
Kaylea brings over four years of marketing and human resources experience to her role with On Time Talent Solutions. She received her Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Human Resources from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. Kaylea is excited to bring her human resourcse and marketing knowledge to help candidates find their dream jobs. Her true calling is to give back to others, and she loves the opportunity to help healthcare professionals find amazing jobs. When not at work, Kaylea enjoys going to the gym, taking her dog Lucy for a walk, and spending time with family.
Cole brings his passion for meeting new people and helping them find a career path to his role as a recruiter for On Time Talent Solutions. He was born in Atlanta, GA and grew up in Eden Prairie, MN. Cole attended Grand Canyon University and the University of Missouri and graduated with a BA in communication, with a sports management minor. When not at work, he enjoys all things hockey-related – watching, playing and talking about it. Cole also tries to get on the golf course as often as possible, Minnesota weather permitting.
